Returns

Please contact us prior to returning your product via email
sales@brooksidenurseries.com
we will issue you with a RMA returns number which must be enclosed with your returned item(s).

We advise that returns are sent with a postal service that requires a signature on delivery as we will not accept liability for returned goods lost in the post. In the instanceBrookside Nurseries are liable for return postage costs Brookside Nurseries will not refund return postage above or beyond the initial postage charge.

Faulty Goods


If unfortunately you are in reciept of a faulty item we must be informed via Email within 48 hours of reciept of goods, outside of this period the product will then be refered to the manufacturer for warranty repair / replacement which could take upto 14 days.

Change Of Mind

Inline with DSR all customers have a right to change their mind and return a product. This must be done within 7 working days of reciept of goods. All returned items must be unused with all original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The cost of returning the item(s) to Brookside Nurseries is the customers responsibility. We must be notified in writing via the Email of the intent to return the item under DSR rules. Failure to comply with these terms will void the return and it will not be accepted.

Delivery

Small orders will be mainly sent by courier - Large orders will be sent via pallet these deliveries are Kurbside only (Roadside) If unsure please contact us before ordering
